We are situated on a remote 150-acre ranch in the Lincoln Foothills, which is about an hour from Sacramento and 90 minutes from Lake Tahoe. This unique spot is a mixture of rolling hills and open landscapes, where the elevation ranges from 1200 to 400 feet. We have local views of the Sutter Buttes (smallest mountain range in the world) and into Sacramento where you can see Mount Diablo on a clear day!We have a full host of wild life here including:

Many Bird SpeciesWe have a 20-acre private valley area that is secluded from the rest of the property where we have a 20-ft dome, two ponds, camping area, pig pen, and access to a 1000-acre park.We have a quartz vein that runs through the property which was frequented by miners in times past. Native to the land were the Maidu Indians, and we have a nice collection of grinding stones and other artifacts.We have a dedicated RV spot with power, water, and grey water tank that can accommodate up to a 35-foot trailer… Additionally, we have a popup trailer that sleeps 4 individuals next to the main house, which is uniquely round in structure!This property is great for hiking, horseback riding, motor biking, camping, swimming, site seeing, and petting the horses. The nearest humans from us are about a half mile away, so it’s very private with little noise from the surrounding properties.Our space is fully fenced and secured behind multiple locked gates for optimum privacy - our getaway spot!
